• Service includes managed Proxmox Backup Server, monitoring, and agreed retention policies.
• Billing is monthly based on committed usable capacity unless otherwise agreed.
• Uptime and support targets are defined in your order form or SLA.
• Security responsibilities are shared; you manage credentials and backup jobs.
